www.digisounds.com refund policy
Within 30 days of the receipt of the goods digisounds.com will refund
or replace at the customers discretion goods for the following
reason:
- Goods were sent to the incorrect address.
- Wrong goods were sent to
the customer.
- Goods arrived in a damaged or unusable state.
To obtain a refund or replacement the goods must be returned to digisounds.com
in the same state as they where dispatched from digisounds.com.
Goods will not be refunded or replaced for the following reasons:
- Goods are returned to digisounds.com which have been damaged or
defaced by the customer.
- Goods which upon return to digisounds.com
are not in the state as indicated by the customer.
- Goods
which where not purchased via digisounds.com. Please
ensure that a copy of your invoice or invoice number is included
with any returns.
